The Office Albion also features 4 private office spaces that can be rented at a daily, weekly or monthly rate.
Overview
All of the Office Albion private offices have recently been updated with new lighting, paint and carpet. The building features a welcoming reception area and common area where the Albion Area Chamber of Commerce currently resides. There are two restrooms on the first floor as well as a kitchenette for tenant use.
Parking
Parking is available either on Superior or Erie Streets or in the public lot on the corner of S Ionia and E Ash Streets, not far from the back door to the office.
Utilities/Internet/Copier
All utilities including a robust private fiber-optic internet connection are included with an office rental. A copier is available. Tenants must provide their own paper.
Desks & Furniture
While the office sizes vary, they are all spacious and provide space for a desk and additional furniture if needed. Please note, desks and furniture are not provided but can be rented for an additional monthly fee.
Security
All offices have keypad code-based locks. After hours and weekend access to the building can be arranged with proper notification.
Window Signage
Signage is available on the large front windows facing Superior Street/M-99. Tenants must sign a minimum 6-month lease and the decal must be approved by the Office Albion before installation. Tenants must pay for the decal and installation.
